All orders are processed + shipped within 24–48 hours. Please allow for a little extra time around sales or during holidays — we appreciate the patience.
We're unable to make changes once an order is placed. That said, if something comes up, email us at contact@apt24b.com with as many details as possible and we'll do our best. Our team is available Monday through Friday only.

Once your order is picked up and scanned in by UPS, transit times range 1–5 business days depending on your delivery destination. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email the moment a label is created — just note that tracking may take up to 48 hours to go live after that.
A HEADS UP
Once an order leaves our hands, its journey is out of our control. We're unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. We know that's not ideal — we wish we could do more.
Exchanges + Returns
Not 100% happy with something? We genuinely want to make it right. Reach out to our Concierge team at contact@apt24b.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll get the process started. Have your proof of purchase handy — we'll need it to move forward.
If there's an issue with your product specifically, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery. Photos + a detailed description go a long way in helping our team figure out the best next step.
PLEASE NOTE
Return shipping fees are not covered by apt24b. Discontinued items, limited edition products, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. If your return is accepted, we'll send along instructions for where and how to ship it back.
